This Policy is an electronic record pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder and does not require any physical or digital signature.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

a) Applicable Categories

Returns are only accepted for:

* Damaged or defective items.

* Items delivered incorrectly (wrong model, quantity, or specifications).

* Expired or near-expiry products (unless expressly stated and agreed upon at the time of sale).

b) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

* Sterile items, consumables, and single-use products.

* Products with tampered or broken original packaging.

* Customized, made-to-order, or imported goods unless found faulty.

3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

a) Initiation Window

Users must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at info@hospkart.com with the following details:

* Order ID

* Date of delivery

* Clear description of the issue

* Photographs or videos of the product and packaging (in case of damage/defect)

b)Approval and Pickup

Upon verification, the Company may approve the return and initiate reverse logistics through an authorized courier partner. The User is required to keep the product in its original packaging, unused, and ready for pickup.

4. REFUND TERMS

a) Modes of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed in one of the following forms, as per the User’s preference and eligibility:

* Credit to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.)

* Replacement of the product

* Store credit for future purchases on the Website

b) Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of product pickup and inspection.

In case of payment gateway delays, Users will be informed and guided accordingly.

5. CONDITIONS FOR REJECTION

Return or refund requests may be rejected if:

The request is raised after the stipulated window.

* The product is used, damaged due to mishandling, or not returned in its original condition.

* The packaging, labels, or serial numbers are missing or tampered with.

* It is found that the product was not purchased through the Website.

6. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

a) Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the User may be required to bear applicable logistics charges.

b) Responsibility

Until the returned item is received at our facility, the User bears responsibility for its condition and transit. We recommend retaining proof of pickup or shipping in case of disputes.

7. WARRANTY AND MANUFACTURER CLAIMS

Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty will be serviced or replaced as per the warranty terms. The Company will assist in coordinating such claims but is not liable for delays or rejections by the manufacturer.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s total liability for returns or refunds is limited to the actual value paid by the User for the concerned product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

a) Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this Policy will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will be conducted in English and held in Kota, Rajasthan.

b) Jurisdiction

The courts in Kota, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this Policy.
