Description
The LEW-102 Vertical High Pressure Steam Sterilizer is a robust, industrial-grade autoclave designed for efficient and reliable sterilization in laboratories, hospitals, research centers, pharmaceutical units, and educational institutions. This vertical autoclave features a triple-walled construction consisting of an outer chamber, inner chamber, and steam jacket, all manufactured from high-quality stainless steel to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The sterilizer is equipped with a stainless steel lid, automatic pressure control switch, and a vacuum breaker to maintain consistent pressure and temperature during operation. It supports sterilization temperatures of 121°C and 134°C, making it suitable for a wide range of sterilization applications including instruments, glassware, media, dressings, and laboratory waste.
All internal joints are argon arc welded, ground, and polished, ensuring crevice-free internals that prevent contamination and make cleaning effortless. A conveniently placed drain valve allows easy removal of condensate and simplifies chamber maintenance.
Operating within a pressure range of 15 to 20 PSI (adjustable), the LEW-102 delivers reliable performance while maintaining safety standards. The autoclave is powered by industrial-grade, energy-efficient heaters, significantly reducing power consumption and operating costs. It operates on a 220/230V AC, 50/60 Hz power supply, making it compatible with standard electrical installations.
