The LEW-102 Vertical Autoclave High Pressure Steam Sterilizer (SLL) is a reliable and energy-efficient sterilization solution designed for laboratories, hospitals, research institutes, pharmaceutical units, and industrial applications. Built with precision engineering, this vertical autoclave ensures effective steam sterilization while maintaining safety, durability, and ease of operation.
The sterilizer features crevice-free internals, achieved through argon arc welded internal joints that are ground and polished to a smooth finish. This design prevents contamination buildup and allows thorough and hygienic cleaning. A built-in drain valve further facilitates easy chamber cleaning and maintenance.
Operating within an adjustable pressure range of 15 to 20 PSI, the LEW-102 delivers consistent sterilization performance. It is equipped with industrial-grade, energy-efficient heaters that significantly reduce power consumption, helping to lower operating costs without compromising efficiency.
Designed to work on a 220/230V AC, 50/60 Hz power supply, the autoclave is compatible with standard electrical infrastructure. The LEW-102 is available in two capacity options—40 liters and 78 liters—making it suitable for both small and medium-scale sterilization needs.
