The LEW-101 Vertical Autoclave – Fully Automatic (Single Lever) is a high-end sterilization system engineered for laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical units, biotechnology, and research facilities that demand precision, safety, and automation. The autoclave features a safe and sturdy SS-304 stainless steel chamber, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and compliance with laboratory standards.
This model is equipped with a microprocessor-based fully automatic fuzzy logic control system, providing accurate and consistent sterilization cycles with minimal user intervention. The alphanumeric backlit LCD display simultaneously shows both process values and set values, offering clear visibility and ease of operation. Safety is comprehensively addressed through multiple layers of protection, including over-pressure safety, low water level cut-off to protect heating elements, and independent over-temperature protection. The single-lever lid mechanism with assisted spring push-back support allows effortless lid lifting, improving operator comfort and reducing fatigue.
The system also includes automatic steam purging and exhaust, ensuring efficient air removal and effective sterilization.
