Description
The Vertical Autoclave – Deluxe Model is a robust, high-performance sterilization solution designed for laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical units, research institutes, and industrial applications. Built with a fully stainless steel (S.S.) construction, including the inner chamber, outer body, heater cover, stand, carrier/bucket, and ring, this autoclave ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. All internal joints are argon arc welded, ground, and polished, providing crevice-free internals that enhance hygiene and ease of cleaning.
The autoclave is equipped with a radial arm locking system for uniform pressure sealing and safe operation. It operates within an adjustable pressure range of 15–20 PSI, making it suitable for a wide variety of sterilization needs. Safety is paramount, with features such as a spring-loaded safety valve, pressure gauge, vacuum breaker-cum-purge valve, and water level indicator. Additionally, a drain valve allows for effortless cleaning of the chamber.
Energy-efficient industrial-grade heaters reduce power consumption while delivering consistent performance. Advanced safety mechanisms such as the Pressure Cut Off (PCO) device and Low Water Cut Off (WCO) device protect both the heating elements and the user. The autoclave uses a moulded, jointless silicon rubber gasket for leak-proof operation and reliable steam retention. Designed to operate on 220/230V, 50/60 Hz AC supply, this deluxe vertical autoclave is available in multiple capacities ranging from 22 liters to 187 liters, catering to both small and large-scale sterilization requirements.
