Description
The SAV Series Vertical Autoclave is a robust, triple-walled sterilization unit engineered for total destruction of microorganisms in clinical, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. Its double chamber design for steam and water, coupled with microprocessor-based digital temperature control, ensures reliable sterilization cycles at 121–125 °C under a pressure range of 15–22 PSI. The system is hydraulically tested at 60 PSI for safety, equipped with a PT-100 temperature sensor, and delivers ±0.5 °C accuracy with 0.1 °C resolution.
This autoclave is indispensable in clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmaceutical QA/QC labs, R&D centers, food and beverage plants, water treatment labs, fisheries, and specialty research institutions, ensuring contamination-free and reproducible sterilization results.
