The LEW-126 Low Temperature Vacuum Oven is designed for precise and contamination-free thermal processing at low temperatures under vacuum conditions. It is ideally suited for applications such as vacuum drying, baking, conditioning, curing, out-gassing of solids and liquids, vacuum embedding, moisture testing, plating, and aging tests. The system prevents oxidation and decarburization by allowing operation in an inert atmosphere, ensuring sample integrity.
The oven features a microprocessor-controlled system that delivers superior temperature accuracy, uniformity, and stability. Heat is supplied through concealed heaters, ensuring even heat transfer across the chamber. The easy-access vacuuming and venting ports, along with a clear and easy-to-read vacuum gauge, make operation simple and efficient.
Built for durability and reliability, the oven includes a solid steel plate door with a high-quality silicone door seal to maintain airtight vacuum conditions. Sliding stainless steel shelves allow easy loading and unloading of samples. For added safety, the unit is equipped with over-temperature protection, making it suitable for continuous laboratory use.
