Description
The LEW-126 High Temperature Vacuum Oven is designed for precision drying, degassing, heat treatment, and vacuum-based thermal processing in laboratories, pharmaceutical units, electronics manufacturing, and research facilities. Operating within a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 300°C, the oven delivers reliable performance with a temperature accuracy of ±3°C.
The oven features a robust Stainless Steel (SS-304) inner chamber and shelves, ensuring corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and long-term durability. The CRC sheet powder-coated outer body, combined with mineral wool insulation, minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency. A PT-100 temperature sensor and digital LED display clearly show both Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV) for precise monitoring and control.
For enhanced operational flexibility, the oven is equipped with two diaphragm valves that allow safe admission of inert gas or dry air during processes requiring controlled atmospheric conditions. The high-temperature silicone rubber door gasket ensures an airtight seal under vacuum conditions, while the over-temperature protection device enhances operational safety. Designed to work on 220/230V AC, 50/60Hz power supply, the LEW-126 Vacuum Oven is available in round and rectangular chamber configurations, covering a wide range of capacities to meet diverse laboratory needs.
