Description
This vertical autoclave features triple-walled construction for enhanced durability and safety. The inner chamber is made of SS 316, while the steam jacket and outer cover use SS 304 stainless steel, ensuring resistance to high pressure and long service life.
The autoclave supports working pressures from 1.2 to 2.1 kg/cm² and sterilization temperatures between 121°C to 134°C. The radial/single lever locking door guarantees a secure seal, while the digital temperature-cum-timer with alarm ensures precision control of sterilization cycles. Safety is enhanced with water level protection—if water levels fall too low, heating is automatically cut off and the alarm notifies the user.
Key safety components include pressure gauge, compound gauge, safety valve, pressure switch, water inlet/outlet valves, and venture ejector valve for drying. Models are available in different chamber sizes and power ratings to meet varied hospital requirements.
