The LEW-152 Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath is a compact, rugged, and highly durable cleaning system designed for precision cleaning of laboratory instruments, medical tools, electronic components, optical parts, and industrial components. Utilizing advanced ultrasonic technology, the unit delivers up to 90% cleaning efficiency, ensuring deep and effective removal of contaminants from even the most intricate surfaces.
The system features automatic frequency tuning to maintain maximum ultrasonic output and consistent cleaning performance. With pulse sweep power technology, the ultrasonic waves are evenly distributed throughout the bath, enhancing cleaning effectiveness and preventing dead zones. A pre-set auto degassing function ensures optimal cavitation by removing trapped air from the liquid, improving overall cleaning efficiency.
The LEW-152 is designed with extensively protected electronic circuits, offering longer operational life and enhanced safety. It supports a wide input voltage range of 170–270 VAC, providing high immunity against power supply fluctuations. The unit includes a digital LED display, adjustable time setting from 1 to 30 minutes, and a heating system capable of operating from ambient +5°C to 60°C, making it suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications.
Constructed entirely from Stainless Steel (SS-304)—including lid, inner tank, and outer tank—the ultrasonic bath offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and easy maintenance. The LEW-152 operates on 220/230V AC power supply and is available in multiple capacity options to meet diverse laboratory and industrial requirements.
