The Pulse Dual-Channel Tourniquet Machine is an advanced digital pneumatic tourniquet system designed for controlled blood occlusion during surgical procedures. It features two independent channels with separate pressure controls, allowing single-cuff, dual-cuff, or separate cuff operations, including double-cuff procedures and intravenous regional anaesthesia (IVRA), also known as Bier’s block. The system provides fully automatic operation with online cuff pressure and time settings, automatic pressure maintenance, and controlled deflation for convenient operation. Its large LCD display and independent elapsed-time displays allow users to monitor both channels, while time-based alarms provide safety warnings during procedures. The machine includes last-setting memory for quick setup during repeat surgeries and colour-coded cuffs for easy identification. Soft, armoured silicone autoclavable cuffs are designed to reduce accidental puncture, while expandable, puncture-resistant PU tubing supports reliable pneumatic operation. Powered by a 220 V AC mains supply, the unit features a built-in rechargeable battery offering up to 7 hours of backup. It supports cuff sizes S, M, L, and XL and includes the main unit, five silicone autoclavable cuffs as specified, a charging cable, and a cuff connector pipe. The machine measures 29 × 26 × 11 cm and weighs approximately 5 kg.
