Description
The Walnut Compressor Nebulizer WM-NB-01 is an AC-powered air compressor system designed to convert liquid medicine into a fine mist for respiratory therapy. The nebulizer consists of a nebulizer chamber, air compressor unit, air tubing, and a facemask or mouthpiece (adult/pediatric). Its working principle involves a compressor generating compressed air that flows through tubing, striking the medicine in the cup to form a fine mist that is inhaled through the mask or mouthpiece directly into the lungs.
This device provides reliable therapy with a medication capacity of 6 ml, generating particle sizes between 0.5 to 10 µm with an MMAD of 4 µm, ensuring deep lung deposition. It operates with a power supply of 230V AC, 50 Hz and current of 0.7 A, consuming a maximum power of 75 W. The system maintains a liter flow range of 6–8 lpm with an operating pressure range of 8–16 PSI and a compressor max range of 36 PSI. It delivers an average nebulization rate of ≥0.2 ml/min, supporting efficient medication delivery.
Despite its powerful performance, the device is designed for user comfort, operating at a sound level of only 58 dBA. It is lightweight at 1.2 kg, making it portable and practical for home as well as clinical use. The nebulizer functions effectively across a wide temperature range of 10 °C–40 °C and humidity range of 10–95% RH, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
