The LEW-104 Table Top Autoclave (Front Loading) is a compact, high-performance steam sterilizer designed for fast, reliable, and efficient sterilization in laboratories, clinics, dental practices, research facilities, and healthcare environments. Engineered with advanced microprocessor-controlled technology, this autoclave ensures precise control over sterilization parameters for consistent and thorough elimination of microorganisms.
Capable of sterilizing up to 134°C, the LEW-104 significantly reduces cycle time—while a standard 20-minute cycle at 121°C, the same process can be completed in just 7 minutes at 134°C, improving workflow efficiency and turnaround time. The non-vacuuming system makes it suitable for routine sterilization of solid instruments and laboratory items.
The autoclave features a front-loading design with a single-lever, effortless swing lid mechanism, allowing easy and secure closure. It is equipped with a built-in water reservoir and integrated drying process, ensuring complete and effective sterilization with dry instruments at the end of each cycle.
The inner chamber is manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS-304) for corrosion resistance and long service life, while the outer body is constructed from moulded rigid plastic or CRC sheet with durable powder coating, providing strength and an aesthetically clean finish. Designed to operate on a 220/230V AC power supply, the LEW-104 is ideal for tabletop installation where space optimization is required.
