Description
The LEW-108 Horizontal Rectangular Steam Sterilizer is a high-capacity, heavy-duty autoclave engineered for hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing units, research laboratories, biotechnology facilities, and industrial sterilization environments. Designed with a rectangular horizontal chamber, it efficiently utilizes space while allowing easy loading of instruments, trays, and materials.
For maximum operator safety, the sterilizer is equipped with a self-locking safety door mechanism that prevents the door from opening while the chamber is under pressure. The triple-walled construction with steam jacket and a separate boiler ensures uniform heat distribution, consistent sterilization performance, and improved energy efficiency.
The unit features two separate steam evacuation valves for the inner chamber and steam jacket, allowing controlled and flexible operation. A multiport valve controls the sterilization cycle, making operation simple and reliable. Safety is further enhanced with a safety valve and a vacuum breaker, which automatically breaks vacuum formed due to steam condensation, protecting both the chamber and the load.
A side-bottom drain valve allows easy draining of condensate and simplifies cleaning and routine maintenance. Supplied with all standard accessories, the LEW-108 is designed to operate on a 440V, 3-phase AC power supply, making it suitable for industrial-grade applications. Available in multiple chamber sizes and capacities, it meets diverse sterilization requirements from medium to very large-scale operations.
