Description
The LEW-107 Steam Sterilizer – Horizontal Cylindrical Type is a heavy-duty, high-capacity autoclave designed for hospitals, pharmaceutical units, research laboratories, biotechnology facilities, and industrial sterilization applications. Engineered for safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability, this sterilizer is hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure, ensuring superior operational safety and durability.
The unit features an integrated steam boiler system equipped with a water level indicator, pressure gauge, low-water cut-off device, and automatic pressure control system for precise and safe steam generation. To minimize thermal losses and improve energy efficiency, the space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is fully insulated with glass wool.
For enhanced safety, the sterilizer is fitted with a safety valve as a standard protective device. A side-bottom drain valve allows easy draining of condensate and simplifies chamber cleaning and maintenance. The sterilization cycle is controlled by a SINGLE POINT multiport valve, providing simple, reliable, and operator-friendly cycle management.
Designed for industrial power environments, the LEW-107 operates on a 440V, 3-phase, 50Hz AC power supply. Available in multiple chamber sizes and capacities, this horizontal cylindrical steam sterilizer meets a wide range of sterilization requirements, from medium-scale laboratory use to high-volume hospital and industrial applications.
