The SSI-Series Shaking Incubators are advanced orbital shaker-incubators designed for controlled temperature incubation with simultaneous agitation, making them ideal for microbiology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and tissue culture applications. Built with robust SS-304 stainless steel inner chambers (Standard models feature powder-coated MS outer body, while GMP models offer full SS-304 construction), these incubators ensure hygiene, durability, and compliance with regulatory standards.They provide a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 60°C, regulated by a microcontroller-based system with digital indicators for both speed and temperature. Equipped with brushless DC motors, they deliver smooth, maintenance-free operation with speed control from 50 to 300 RPM and programmable timers.The SSI-Series offers multiple platform configurations—single and dual tiers—with capacities ranging from compact 45 × 45 cm platforms supporting 16–48 flasks, to larger 90 × 60 cm dual trays accommodating up to 72 × 500 ml or 32 × 2000 ml flasks. This flexibility allows users to select the right model for small labs, teaching institutes, research centers, or industrial-scale facilities.
Each unit includes PUF insulation for thermal stability, audio-visual alarms for safety, and efficient airflow for uniform temperature distribution.
