The LEW-143 Scrub Station is a professionally designed hand and object washing system developed for highly sensitive and hygiene-critical areas such as Operation Theaters (OTs), hospitals, food processing units, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, and modern commercial kitchens. This scrub station automates and streamlines the washing process, significantly improving productivity while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficient resource management.
Manufactured entirely from high-grade SS-304 stainless steel, the scrub station offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and a premium finish for long-term use. Its ergonomic design, combined with a stylish and prestigious appearance, enhances both user comfort and facility aesthetics. The deep sloping basin ensures effective drainage, while check-stop strainers make routine maintenance simple and hassle-free.
The LEW-143 is available in Manual (‘M’ Series) and Automatic (‘PRO’ Series) configurations. The manual version features an elbow-operated spout, while the automatic version is equipped with a time-controlled infrared sensor eye-operated faucet, enabling complete hands-free operation. An optional foot-operated water faucet/switch is also available for enhanced ergonomics and infection control. For multi-user setups, anti-splash screen dividers are provided in two- and three-bay models to prevent cross-contamination.
Additional features include openable front fascia flaps for easy servicing, maintenance, and underneath cleaning, as well as a jet washer with flexible pipe for remote and thorough cleaning. A disinfectant/liquid soap dispenser is provided as a standard feature, making the LEW-143 a complete and reliable hygiene solution for professional environments.
