Description
The LEW-103 Portable Autoclave is a compact, reliable, and efficient steam sterilization solution designed for general laboratory use, educational institutions, clinics, and small research facilities. Its portable vertical design makes it ideal for environments where space efficiency and mobility are essential without compromising sterilization performance.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel or aluminum vertical body, the autoclave ensures long service life and resistance to corrosion. The domed cover is sealed using a joint-less neoprene gasket, providing a tight and secure seal to prevent steam leakage. The cover is firmly clamped to the vessel using wing nuts and hinged bolts, which engage slotted lugs on the rim for safe and convenient operation.
The LEW-103 is equipped with a dial pressure gauge for clear pressure monitoring during sterilization cycles. A spring-loaded safety valve with a threaded cap allows precise pressure adjustment, ensuring user safety and controlled operation. Designed to operate within a pressure range of 15 to 18 PSI, the autoclave delivers consistent and effective steam sterilization.
Supplied complete with a plug and power cord, the unit is ready for use and operates on a standard 220/230V AC, 50/60 Hz single-phase power supply. With a 20-liter chamber capacity and an energy-efficient 2.0 kW heater, the LEW-103 is well-suited for sterilizing laboratory instruments, glassware, culture media, and other essential items.
