The LEW-137 Platelet Incubator is a high-precision laboratory and blood bank equipment designed to safely store and maintain platelets at a controlled temperature of 22°C ±1°C, ensuring optimal platelet viability. This incubator combines advanced refrigeration with precision pulse heating and forced air circulation, delivering excellent temperature uniformity throughout the chamber. Its frost-free performance minimizes maintenance while ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The unit features a bacteria-resistant powder-coated exterior and a high-grade stainless steel interior, ensuring durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning. A modern LCD display provides comprehensive real-time information including temperature, date, time, and temperature histogram for enhanced monitoring. The smart handle with LED door-closure indication improves user safety, while the auto stop/start agitation feature automatically pauses agitation when the door is opened, preventing unnecessary disturbance to stored platelets.
For added protection, the incubator is equipped with a safety thermostat that prevents both negative and excessive positive temperature deviations, operating alongside the microprocessor controller. The triple-pane tempered glass door offers superior insulation and clear visibility. Mobility and stability are ensured through swivel lockable castors with floor-standing jacks. A built-in USB port allows easy data download for compliance, audits, and record-keeping.
