The SPI Series Platelet Incubators are advanced blood bank storage systems designed to ensure the safe and reliable preservation of platelet concentrates at the precise temperature of 22°C. These incubators combine robust construction, precise microprocessor-based temperature control, user-friendly design, and enhanced safety features to meet the demands of both small and large blood banks, hospitals, and transfusion centers.Built with an outer body of mild steel, duly powder-coated for durability, and an inner chamber of high-grade stainless steel (SS 304), the units provide excellent corrosion resistance, hygiene, and long service life. Both models are equipped with a microprocessor controller-based temperature indicator cum controller with LCD display, allowing real-time monitoring of storage conditions. In case of any deviation from the set temperature, an audiovisual alarm system promptly alerts the operator, ensuring maximum platelet safety.The SPI-125 model comes with a 125-liter capacity, featuring an inner size of 46H × 59W × 46D cm and an outer size of 117H × 76W × 75D cm, making it compact and ideal for small to medium-scale blood banks or hospital setups. For larger facilities, the SPI-250 offers a higher 250-liter capacity, with an inner size of 92H × 59W × 46D cm and an outer size of 163H × 76W × 75D cm, making it suitable for regional blood banks or institutions requiring bulk platelet storage.Both models maintain uniform chamber temperature at 22°C, supported by a reliable microprocessor system and durable design, ensuring that platelet concentrates remain viable throughout their storage cycle.
