Description
The Plant Growth Chamber is an advanced environmental simulation system designed for controlled plant research, seed germination studies, tissue culture, agricultural research, and biological experiments. It provides precise control over temperature, humidity, and illumination to simulate natural climatic conditions and ensure consistent experimental results.
The chamber is equipped with a hermetically sealed, air-cooled freezer compressor system that maintains a stable temperature range from 10°C to 60°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. Humidity is generated through a sophisticated steam injection process, enabling a controlled humidity range from 40% to 95% RH (5% above ambient) with an accuracy of ±3% RH, ideal for plant growth and physiological studies.
The outer body is constructed from powder-coated CRC steel for durability, while the inner chamber and adjustable trays are made from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS-304) to ensure corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. High-density foamed-in-place PUF insulation minimizes thermal loss and reduces energy consumption.
For optimal photosynthesis simulation, the chamber features high-intensity fluorescent/LED illumination up to 5000 lux with a programmable 0–24 hour cyclic timer. A microprocessor-based digital temperature and humidity controller with LED display ensures precise control and monitoring. Optional data logging allows 24-hour temperature recording with memory storage for up to 1500 records.
