The Paediatric Bain’s Circuit (Sterile) is a coaxial modification of the Mapleson D anesthesia breathing system, designed specifically for pediatric anesthesia. With a 2 m main tube, 15 mm corrugated extension, and a 0.5 L antistatic rebreathing bag, it provides controlled manual ventilation with reduced resistance, making it ideal for infants and children.This sterile version ensures higher infection control standards compared to non-sterile variants, making it suitable for operation theatres, pediatric ICUs, and emergency setups. The universal connectors (15 mm & 22 mm) are compatible with most anesthesia machines, while the lightweight tubing minimizes dead space and facilitates safe gas delivery.
Built with medical-grade, latex-free PVC and antistatic bag, the circuit delivers effective oxygenation and anesthetic gas supply. Its sterilized packaging provides added safety for critical procedures, reducing risks of cross-contamination.
