Description
The LEW-113 Orbital Shaking Incubator (Heated) is a compact, bench-top laboratory instrument designed for applications that require precise temperature-controlled incubation combined with uniform orbital shaking. It is ideal for microbiology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, fermentation studies, enzyme reactions, and cell culture applications.
This unit offers high temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C, ensuring stable and repeatable experimental conditions. The incubator is constructed with a powder-coated CRC steel outer body for durability, while the inner chamber and trays are made of high-grade Stainless Steel (SS-304) for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. High-density PUF insulation provides excellent thermal efficiency and tighter temperature control.
Temperature and operational parameters are managed through an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with HMI color touchscreen display, allowing intuitive programming and real-time monitoring. A cyclic programmable timer supports automated operation, enhancing convenience and repeatability.
For safe operation, the LEW-113 includes an over-temperature limiter switch that prevents overheating. The incubator is supplied with a Lotus-type flask clamp holder, ensuring secure sample placement during shaking. With a wide RPM range and stable shaking amplitude, this bench-top shaking incubator delivers reliable performance in space-constrained laboratory environments.
