Description
The Memmert Type Hot Air Oven – High Temperature (STD Model) is a triple-walled, high-performance sterilization and heating chamber designed to deliver uniform and accurate heating up to 350°C with a precision of ±1°C. The inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel 304, while the exterior is fabricated from MS sheet duly powder-coated for durability. A layer of highly compressed ceramic wool insulation between walls ensures minimum heat loss, while the fully insulated door with ceramic gasket provides airtight sealing. It comes fitted with an automatic microprocessor-based PID temperature controller supported by Digital Indicator and PT-100 sensors, ensuring highly stable and accurate temperature monitoring. The oven features perforated inner chambers and a motorized blower fan for efficient air circulation and uniform distribution of temperature across the load area. Power rating varies from 3000W to 10000W depending on the capacity (30L to 1000L). Each model is designed with robust construction, reliable safety features like over-temperature safety controllers and audio alarms, and offers optional upgrades such as programmable PID controllers, printer output facility (PV, SV, time/date logs), touchscreen HMI, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software. This makes it a versatile solution for hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical industries requiring consistent, validated hot air sterilization.
