Description
This laboratory-grade muffle furnace is built with a robust rectangular design and insulated chamber to achieve consistent heating up to 1000°C. It is equipped with a thermocouple and pyrometer for accurate monitoring, and an energy regulator for effective temperature control. The furnace is available in eight different chamber sizes (Models A–H), ranging from 225 × 100 × 100 mm (9” × 4” × 4”) to 450 × 225 × 225 mm (18” × 9” × 9”), making it suitable for various scales of laboratory and industrial applications. Optional upgrades include a digital temperature indicator-cum-controller or a microprocessor PID digital controller with timer for enhanced precision. Its reliable design makes it ideal for applications in ceramics, metallurgy, research labs, and educational institutions.
