Description
The DL-200 Junior Medical Microscope is a dependable and easy-to-use microscope specially designed for students, medical training institutes, schools, and basic laboratory applications. It offers excellent optical performance and durability, making it ideal for learning and routine microscopic observation.
The microscope is equipped with an extra wide field 10X eyepiece, specially designed for ultra-series microscopes to provide a comfortable and clear field of view. A triple revolving nosepiece with positive click stops allows smooth and accurate switching between objectives.
Focusing is achieved through vertical movement of the observation tube, using a rack-and-pinion coarse adjustment along with a fine focusing screw mechanism, enabling precise control and ease of operation. The microscope features an Abbe condenser (NA 1.25) with iris diaphragm and swing-out filter holder, mounted on a rack-and-pinion system for optimal light utilization and contrast enhancement.
Illumination is provided by an arc-reflector system, allowing the use of natural light, making the microscope power-free and suitable for classrooms and basic labs. The optical system includes achromatic objectives of 10X and 45X, delivering sharp and clear images.
Supplied in a moulded styrofoam box, the microscope also includes a vinyl dust cover, lens cleaning wipes, and an operating manual, ensuring safe storage and easy maintenance.
