Description
The Inverted Tissue Culture Microscope is a precision optical instrument specifically designed for cell culture observation, tissue culture work, and life science research. In an inverted microscope, the light source and condenser are positioned above the stage, while the objectives are located below, allowing direct observation of cells and specimens in culture vessels such as flasks, Petri dishes, and bottles without disturbing the samples.
This microscope is equipped with a 45° inclined binocular observation head, which can be interchanged with monocular or trinocular heads as required. The quadruple revolving nosepiece features positive and accurate click stops for smooth objective selection. A large oversize plain stage (180 × 150 mm) with extension plates supports large culture bottles and microfilter applications.
Illumination is based on the Köhler illumination system, using a high-intensity 6V, 20W halogen light source, ensuring uniform brightness and excellent contrast. The microscope is supplied with achromatic objectives (5X, 10X, LWD 20X, and LWD 40X SL), providing clear imaging and long working distance for tissue culture vessels. HWF 10X paired eyepieces with eye guards ensure comfortable viewing during prolonged use.
With its robust construction, maintenance-free design, and excellent durability, the Inverted Tissue Culture Microscope is ideal for continuous laboratory operation in research institutes, diagnostic laboratories, and academic environments.
