Pulse Vital ZIP1 Infusion Pump is designed to deliver fluids and medications at controlled rates to meet diverse clinical infusion requirements. It features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with a user-friendly interface, clear visibility, and audible and visual alarm systems for convenient operation. The pump supports multiple infusion modes, including flow rate, flow rate and volume, flow rate and time, drip, and combined drip infusion modes. It offers an adjustable flow rate range of 0.1–1500 ml/h, with configurable increments depending on the selected rate. The device incorporates advanced occlusion pressure monitoring and air bubble detection, with a minimum detectable air bubble size of 50 µl. It supports compatible infusion sets, including 20 drops/ml and infusion set diameters of 3.4–4.5 mm, with an infusion accuracy of ±5%. The built-in 1500 mAh rechargeable lithium battery provides approximately five hours of operation after a full charge, while AC and external DC power options offer additional flexibility. With dimensions of 200 × 155.5 × 97 mm and a weight of approximately 2.6 kg, it is suitable for use in various clinical environments.
