Description
The LEW-124 Industrial Tray Drying Oven is a heavy-duty drying solution designed for industrial production, laboratory processing, and R&D applications requiring reliable and uniform heat distribution. The oven is equipped with strong axial flow fans that provide heavy forced air circulation with cross-flow, ensuring consistent temperature uniformity across all tray levels.
Heating is achieved through special-grade tubular air heaters strategically placed in the circulating air path for maximum efficiency. The unit features a microprocessor-based Digital PID temperature control system, offering superior temperature accuracy along with over-temperature and over-current protection for safe operation. An adjustable air damper allows controlled exhaust of moist air, fumes, or vapors, improving drying efficiency and process control.
Constructed as a sturdy triple-walled structure, the oven uses heavy-gauge mild steel sheets and reinforced mild steel sections. The cavity between walls is packed with high-grade mineral wool insulation, minimizing heat loss and reducing energy consumption. The interior chamber is coated with high-temperature aluminum paint, while the exterior is powder-coated for durability and corrosion resistance.
Brackets are provided along the inner walls to support heavily loaded trays at adjustable heights. The unit is supplied without trays, allowing users to select aluminum or Stainless Steel (SS-304) trays as per application requirements (available at extra cost). With a temperature range of 50°C to 250°C, the LEW-124 Tray Drying Oven is ideal for drying, curing, and heating processes across multiple industries.
