The ICU Bed Mechanical (Model SSPL504) is a robust hospital bed designed with stainless steel panels, laminated head and foot boards, and stainless steel collapsible side railings. It features a smooth mechanical crank system with foldable handles to provide multiple patient positioning functions. With its epoxy powder-coated finish, rubber corner buffers, and durable castor wheels, this bed ensures safety, comfort, and long-lasting performance in critical care environments.

Description
Constructed with a strong rectangular MS tube frame and a 4-section perforated CRC sheet platform, the SSPL504 ICU bed combines strength with functionality. It features laminated stainless steel head and foot rows along with collapsible stainless steel side railings for enhanced safety. The bed is mounted on 5-inch castors (two with brakes) and fitted with rubber buffers at all four corners to prevent impact damage. A telescopic stainless steel IV rod is provided with two location points (expandable to four on request).The bed dimensions are 2.10 m (L) × 0.90 m (W) × 0.60–0.80 m (H). It is finished with epoxy powder coating for durability and hygiene. Patient positioning is achieved through a smooth mechanical crank system with foldable handles, enabling Hi-Low adjustment, backrest elevation, knee rest elevation, and Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg positions. Optional accessories include a four-section mattress (ASC-620-C) and additional IV rod locations.
Colour scheme includes a white epoxy-coated frame, laminated wooden-finish inserts on the stainless steel head and foot panels, collapsible stainless steel side railings, metallic IV rod, and black rubber buffers at the corners.
