Description
The JSB (Jaswant Singh–Bhattacharji) Stain Solutions are widely used in hematology and parasitology laboratories for staining blood smears and identifying malaria parasites and other biological structures. The staining process requires two sequential solutions:JSB Stain Solution I (Light Red in appearance):Contains methylene blue, potassium dichromate, and sulfuric acid diluted in water. Heated for several hours to oxidize the methylene blue, this solution forms the first step in staining procedures.JSB Stain Solution II (Blue in appearance):Used after Solution I to complete the staining process and highlight different cellular components with clarity.Both solutions are laboratory reagent grade, ensuring purity, consistency, and reliable results. They are supplied in 500 ml bottles, packed 25 bottles per carton, with a long shelf life of up to 120 months, making them highly economical for long-term laboratory use.and consistency for laboratory applications.
