Description
The LEW-153 Heated Water Bath Circulator is a precision laboratory instrument designed for uniform heating and efficient circulation of liquids for internal bath use as well as external applications. It is ideal for laboratories, research institutes, pharmaceutical QC labs, chemical processing, and calibration work where stable temperature control is essential.
The unit features a powder-coated CRC steel outer body for durability and a high-grade Stainless Steel (SS-304) inner chamber and lid, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. The bath is insulated with high-grade mineral wool, minimizing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.
A powerful circulating pump delivers up to 15 liters per minute at zero head, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the bath and reliable external circulation. Temperature is controlled via a digital LED display, clearly showing Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV), with a resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C.
The system is supplied with two silicone/rubber tubes (1 meter each) as standard accessories. For safety and optimal performance, water usage is recommended up to 90°C, and silicone oil is advised for temperatures above 90°C. The LEW-153 operates on a 220/230V AC, 50/60Hz power supply, making it suitable for routine laboratory operation.
