Built with a durable stainless steel chamber, the Vertical Autoclave provides long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance. Standard models include 22L units (2 drums capacity) and 175L units (3 drums capacity), making them suitable for both small and high-capacity sterilization needs.The autoclave operates at 121°C to 134°C and 15–30 psi pressure, ensuring effective sterilization across medical instruments, laboratory glassware, culture media, and food industry applications. Its microprocessor-based control system enables users to set and monitor sterilization parameters with ease through a digital display or touchscreen interface.
With built-in steam generation, selectable sterilization cycles (wrapped/unwrapped, liquid, programmable), and optional drying functions, the system provides flexibility for diverse sterilization requirements. Enhanced with automatic safety locks, overpressure protection, and temperature sensors, the Vertical Autoclave ensures safe and efficient operation in demanding environments.
