Description
The Vertical Autoclave is designed to provide effective sterilization while optimizing floor space utilization. Standard models include 22L (2 drums) and 175L (3 drums) chamber sizes, accommodating a variety of sterilization needs for both small and large facilities.Operating at 121°C–134°C and 15–30 psi, the autoclave ensures rapid elimination of microorganisms in medical instruments, laboratory glassware, and culture media. The microprocessor-based control system (fully automatic models) enables precise monitoring of sterilization parameters through a digital display or touchscreen interface, with programmable cycles for wrapped/unwrapped instruments, liquids, and special loads.
Safety features such as automatic door locking, overpressure protection, pressure release valves, and temperature sensors ensure dependable operation. Built-in steam generators guarantee consistent steam supply, while optional drying phases remove residual moisture for sterile, ready-to-use instruments.
