The Fowler Bed (General) is designed to provide reliable functionality, durability, and patient comfort in hospital wards and healthcare facilities. Built with a rectangular M.S. tube frame and a 4-section perforated M.S. CRC sheet top, it ensures structural strength along with proper ventilation for the mattress and patient. The tubular head and foot bows of unequal height, supported by vertical tubes, add stability and simplicity to its design, making it easy to maintain and handle in daily hospital operations.Mounted on 4-inch castors—two with brakes—the bed ensures smooth mobility and firm locking during use. The entire structure is pre-treated and epoxy powder coated, which enhances resistance to rust, scratches, and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance even under continuous hospital usage. The smooth mechanical crank system with foldable handles allows effortless adjustment for backrest elevation and knee rest evaluation, providing enhanced patient comfort and clinical convenience.
For added versatility, optional accessories include a Four Section Mattress (Model ASC–620-C) for comfort, a Stainless Steel Telescopic IV Rod (Model ASC–628) with two mounting points for medical convenience, and Powder-Coated Collapsible Safety Side Railings (Model ASC–627) for added safety.
