Description
The Fowler Bed (ABS Panel & ABS Railings) is designed to deliver a balance of strength, comfort, and safety for patient care in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Constructed with a rectangular M.S. tube framework and a 4-section perforated M.S. CRC sheet top, the bed ensures excellent support, durability, and ventilation for the patient mattress. The structure is epoxy powder coated, providing a smooth, hygienic, and corrosion-resistant surface suitable for long-term clinical use.For enhanced safety and usability, the bed is equipped with ABS moulded head and foot panels, complemented by four individual ABS tuck-away side railings that protect patients from accidental falls while allowing convenient access for caregivers. The crank-operated system with foldable handles offers smooth manual adjustments for backrest and knee rest elevation, ensuring optimal comfort and positioning during treatment or recovery.
Mounted on 4-inch castors with brakes, the bed provides easy mobility and stable locking when required. The overall size measures 210 cm (L) × 90 cm (W) × 60–80 cm (H), making it adaptable to standard hospital room configurations. Optional accessories such as a four-section mattress (ASC–620-C) and a stainless steel telescopic IV rod (ASC–628) enhance functionality and patient convenience.
