Description
The SDBMC-01 GMP Four Body Mortuary Chamber is a premium cold storage solution designed for regulated hospitals, medical colleges, and forensic labs where strict hygiene and compliance are mandatory. Built entirely from SS 304 stainless steel (inner & outer chamber), the unit provides maximum durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term sterility.This vertical type chamber features four independent front-opening SS 304 insulated doors, each lined with magnetic gaskets to ensure an airtight seal and minimize temperature leakage. With 80 mm thick insulation, the chamber ensures excellent cooling efficiency, even under continuous operation. Each compartment comes with an SS 304 tray fitted with four handles and a gripper, mounted on a 3-lever telescopic channel (standard in MS angle; upgrade to SS 304 optional) for smooth movement and safe body handling.
Temperature is maintained precisely by a microprocessor-based digital controller with a PT-100 sensor, supporting a temperature range of 2 °C to 8 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution. The chamber rests on a powder-coated MS platform with castor wheels for easy mobility, with an SS 304 platform option available for full GMP compliance.
