Description
The SDBMC-01 STD Four Body Mortuary Chamber is a robust, cost-effective storage unit designed to accommodate four bodies simultaneously. Built with a vertical type chamber design, the inner chamber is made of SS 304 stainless steel, while the outer chamber is fabricated from pre-coated mild steel (MS) sheet, offering both strength and affordability.The unit is fitted with four independent front-opening SS 304 insulated doors equipped with magnetic gaskets, ensuring proper sealing and individual access. With 80 mm thick insulation, the chamber guarantees high thermal efficiency. Each body is stored on an SS 304 tray with four handles and a gripper, running on a 3-lever telescopic channel (MS angle – standard in STD model) for smooth sliding and convenient handling.
A microprocessor-based digital controller with a PT-100 temperature sensor maintains precise conditions, offering a temperature range of 2 °C to 8 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution. The chamber is mounted on an MS powder-coated platform with castor wheels, allowing easy mobility. Optional upgrades are available for telescopic channels and the platform in SS 304 for enhanced durability and hygiene.
