The LEW-109 Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilizer is an advanced low-temperature gas sterilization system designed for sterilizing heat- and moisture-sensitive materials that cannot withstand conventional high-temperature steam sterilization. It is widely used in hospitals, medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, food processing, spice sterilization, and starch-based product industries.
This sterilizer is ideal for medical and surgical instruments, pharmaceutical products, plastic packaging, plastic containers, electronic components, and complex devices where steam sterilization is unsuitable. The system uses ethylene oxide gas (ETO), commonly mixed with diluents such as carbon dioxide, in controlled proportions ranging from 10% ETO to 90% ETO, ensuring effective microbial destruction while maintaining material integrity.
The LEW-109 operates with a typical gas concentration of 450 to 1000 mg per liter of chamber volume, measured as pure ETO, allowing flexible sterilization cycles depending on product sensitivity and sterilization requirements. Designed for safe and reliable operation, the sterilizer provides uniform gas distribution throughout the chamber for consistent and thorough sterilization.
