Description
The Dual Temperature Ice Lined Refrigerator (SILR Series) is a high-performance cold storage solution designed for hospitals, blood banks, research labs, and pharmaceutical facilities. It features two separate chambers for +2 °C to +8 °C and -20 °C storage, controlled by a microcontroller-based system with LCD graphic display.In the Standard Model, the inner chamber is constructed from SS 304 stainless steel with an MS powder-coated outer body, while the GMP Model features full SS 304 construction (inner & outer body) for maximum hygiene and durability.The SILR refrigerator incorporates a triple-wall design with coiled chemical application between the second and third chambers for stable cooling. It offers temperature holding times of 36 hours (+2 °C to +8 °C) and 18 hours (-20 °C) from the set temperature to ambient. An individual temperature control system, CFC-free refrigeration with PUF insulation, and blower for uniformity (±0.2 °C) ensure reliable and accurate performance.
For safety and reliability, the system is equipped with audio-visual alarms for deviations, LED lighting for visibility, and battery backup for 36 hours of display retention. The SILR series is available in capacities ranging from 100 liters to 500 liters, catering to diverse institutional needs.
