The LEW-198 Dry Heat Inspissator is a precision laboratory instrument designed to provide consistent and uniform dry heat heating for vials, tubes, and culture media. It is widely used in microbiology laboratories, pharmaceutical labs, pathology departments, and research institutions where controlled inspissation and coagulation of media are essential.
This unit is equipped with an advanced microprocessor-controlled system incorporating PID auto-tuning technology, ensuring accurate temperature control and uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. The inspissator features ELB (Elastic Load Balancing) and self-diagnostic functions, enhancing operational reliability and system safety.
For added protection, an integrated over-temperature protection circuit prevents overheating and safeguards samples as well as the equipment. The chamber includes five-angle adjustable shelves, allowing flexible placement of vials and tubes to suit different laboratory requirements. A specially designed warm cover, which also functions as a heater, ensures controlled and stable temperature conditions.
The inner chamber is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, offering durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning, while the outer body is made of powder-coated steel, ensuring long service life and rugged performance.
