Description
The SDBMC-01 GMP Double Body Mortuary Chamber is a premium storage system fully constructed from SS 304 stainless steel (inner & outer chamber), ensuring maximum durability, hygiene, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The vertical design accommodates two bodies in separate insulated compartments, each accessed via a front-opening SS 304 insulated door fitted with magnetic gaskets for an airtight seal.The chamber features 80 mm insulation to retain cooling efficiency, and SS 304 trays with four handles and a gripper for safe loading and retrieval. Each tray is mounted on a 3-lever telescopic channel (standard MS angle; SS 304 optional upgrade), allowing smooth and effortless operation.Temperature control is maintained through a microprocessor-based digital controller with a PT-100 sensor, offering a precise temperature range of 2 °C to 8 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution. For mobility, the unit is placed on a powder-coated MS platform with castor wheels, with an optional SS 304 platform upgrade available for enhanced compliance.
This GMP model is ideally suited for medical colleges, forensic labs, large hospitals, and pharmaceutical facilities, where strict hygiene and regulatory standards must be met.
