Description
The SDBMC-01 STD Double Body Mortuary Chamber is a cost-effective, reliable preservation system designed with a vertical double-chamber construction to hold two bodies simultaneously. The inner chamber is made of SS 304 stainless steel, while the outer chamber is constructed from pre-coated mild steel sheet, making it a durable yet economical choice for hospitals, primary health centers, nursing homes, and medical colleges.It comes with two independent front-opening doors made of SS 304, insulated and sealed with magnetic gaskets to prevent leakage. The chamber is fitted with 80 mm insulation for efficient cooling retention and SS 304 trays with four handles and gripper for safe handling. Each tray runs on a 3-lever telescopic channel (MS angle type, standard in STD model) to allow smooth sliding for easy body placement and retrieval.
The system is powered by a microprocessor-based digital temperature controller with a PT-100 sensor, maintaining a temperature range of 2 °C to 8 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution. Mounted on a powder-coated MS platform with castor wheels, the chamber ensures mobility and convenience.
