The Dry Bath Incubator BRDB-01 is a laboratory-grade device designed to provide a controlled environment for sample incubation and testing in tubes and microtubes. Also known as a dry block heater, this model is widely used in molecular biology, clinical diagnostics, and environmental laboratories. It supports vital laboratory functions such as the activation of cultures, enzyme reactions, coagulation studies, inactivation of sera, restriction digests, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) processes.This unit features a 24-position heating block with a test tube diameter of 12 mm and block dimensions of 6 × 4, allowing simultaneous processing of multiple samples. It achieves a temperature range from 30°C to 70°C with a maximum heating rate of 70°C, ensuring stable and precise incubation conditions. The incubator is built with a smooth surface finish, two shelves for convenience, and durable plastic housing, making it both robust and easy to maintain.
Operating on a 220V supply, the BRDB-01 is energy-efficient and comes with a 6-month warranty. Its compact design and production capacity of 200 pieces daily make it a cost-effective choice for laboratories requiring reliable, consistent incubation.
