The MI HEX 48+48 LED Ceiling OT Light is engineered to provide powerful and consistent illumination for advanced surgical procedures. Delivering an intensity of 1,40,000 Lux + 1,40,000 Lux, the system uses 48 + 48 high-performance LEDs with a combination of 16 warm and 32 cool white LEDs per dome. This configuration ensures balanced, shadow-free lighting across the surgical field. Surgeons can easily adjust brightness using the 10–100% digital capacitive touch control, allowing precise illumination control according to procedural requirements.
With a depth of light penetration of 150 mm, the light provides excellent visibility in deep surgical cavities. The adjustable colour temperature range of 3800–4800K and a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 93 Ra ensure accurate tissue colour reproduction for improved surgical precision and clarity during procedures.
The dual dome ceiling-mounted design offers wider illumination coverage, making it ideal for complex and lengthy surgeries. Built with a polycarbonate dome, aluminium alloy arms, and a sterilisable fire-resistant polymer handle, it ensures durability, UV/IR protection, quick disinfection, and smooth laminar airflow compatibility in modern operating rooms.
