The LEW-112 Carbon Di-Oxide (CO₂) Incubator is a high-precision laboratory instrument designed for cell culture, tissue engineering, microbiology, and biomedical research applications that require controlled temperature and CO₂ concentration. It is ideal for use in research laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, IVF clinics, biotechnology labs, and medical institutions.
This incubator offers a non-refrigerated temperature range from Ambient +5°C to 50°C, ensuring stable and uniform incubation conditions. It is equipped with a high-accuracy IR CO₂ sensor, providing precise control of CO₂ concentration within a 0–20% range, essential for maintaining optimal cell growth environments.
For safety and contamination control, the LEW-112 features a microorganism filter at the gas inlet, ensuring 100% filtered gas supply. A fully automatic CO₂ pressure-releasing and purging valve enables safe and efficient gas regulation. The unit also includes UV light disinfection, effectively reducing microbial contamination inside the chamber and enhancing experimental reliability.
The inner chamber is constructed from Stainless Steel (SS-304) for corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life. Available in multiple capacities, the LEW-112 series provides flexibility for both small-scale research and high-volume laboratory applications.
