The SBC-Series Blood Bank Refrigerated Centrifuge is a high-performance floor model designed for reliable separation of blood components in blood banks, hospitals, and transfusion centers. Equipped with a maintenance-free brushless induction motor and variable frequency drive, this centrifuge ensures smooth, stable, and long-lasting operation. An advanced microcontroller with a soft-touch keypad allows precise setting of rotor speed (up to 5000 RPM), RCF values, rotor selection, and timing (1–120 minutes with infinite mode), with program memory for up to 25 cycles. The temperature range is adjustable between –5°C to +40°C, ensuring accurate preservation of blood components.The centrifuge features an LCD display of working parameters, solenoid safety lock, and an imbalance detection system with automatic safety cut-off. Additional safety features include rotor-in-motion indication, safe lid open when rotor is static, and RCF value display after each run. The CFC-free refrigeration system with pre-cooling and stand-by cooling ensures consistent thermal performance. Constructed with a robust metal body and stainless steel chamber, the centrifuge offers durability, while the gas spring lid simplifies handling.
With a maximum capacity of 6000 ml, max speed of 4800 RPM, and RCF up to 6000 x g, the SBC-Series is a reliable and user-friendly solution for high-volume blood processing
