The Bio-Safety Cabinet Class II A2 – STD Models are designed with a G.I. powder-coated exterior and SS 304 inner surface, providing a Class 100 clean environment with HEPA/ULPA filtration efficiency of 99.9995% at 0.12 µ in compliance with ISO 14644-1 Class 3 standards. Equipped with a microprocessor-based real-time display system, they continuously monitor airflow, filter status, and UV sterilization functions to ensure operator and product safety. The airflow system recirculates 70% of air inside the chamber while exhausting 30% as sterile air, maintaining contamination-free conditions. An ergonomic 10° slope design, rounded SS corners, fluorescent lighting, and programmable UV germicidal lamp add to the functionality, while PU wheels with leveling lugs provide stability and mobility. Built with a G.I. powder-coated exterior and SS 304 stainless steel inner work surface, they deliver a Class 100 clean environment with HEPA/ULPA filtration efficiency up to 99.9995% at 0.12 µ.Equipped with a microprocessor-based control system, they feature an LCD display for real-time monitoring of downflow velocity, ULPA filter life status, static/negative pressure, and programmable UV germicidal lamp. The cabinets are designed with rounded SS corners for easy cleaning, PU wheels with plated brackets for mobility, and metallic powder-coated leveling lugs for stable operation.

These cabinets operate on a Class II Type A2 airflow principle, exhausting 30% of air as sterile exhaust while recirculating 70% inside the chamber to maintain aseptic conditions. Integrated fluorescent lighting, UV sterilization, and a 10° slope ergonomic front design ensure operator comfort during long procedures.
