The Plain Hospital Bed is a sturdy and compact model designed for general patient use, nursing care, and attendant support. Its frame is constructed from strong and precisely fabricated steel tubes, mounted on H-type legs for excellent structural stability. The rubber tube stumps fitted at the base provide superior grip and prevent floor damage, ensuring safe and steady placement even on smooth surfaces.The top platform is made of machine-pressed perforated CRCA sheet with a bent design and integrated mattress guard, providing both durability and ventilation for the mattress. This construction ensures comfort for the user while maintaining a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. The head and foot bows are powder coated, offering added strength, aesthetic appeal, and corrosion resistance.
Finished with a pre-treated epoxy powder coating, the bed offers long-lasting protection against rust and wear. With an overall dimension of 1.83 m (L) × 0.61 m (W) × 0.46 m (H), it fits well in hospital wards, recovery areas, and nursing homes. Optional accessories include a 4-inch Plain Mattress (Model ASC–620), making it a practical, cost-effective, and durable choice for general healthcare applications.
