Description
The Anaesthesia Machine (MARS-09) is a high-quality, durable anaesthesia delivery unit designed with precision engineering for use in hospitals and surgical theatres. Constructed from either steel electrostatically powder-coated mild steel or premium stainless steel, it offers long-lasting strength and corrosion resistance. The workstation is equipped with two spacious drawers for anaesthesia kits and accessories, a rear extended platform for two 5-litre oxygen/nitrous oxide cylinders, and an easy-clean stainless steel top tray for placing monitoring devices. The trolley design features large roller bearings with 125 mm antistatic castors for smooth mobility and firm braking. It includes a unified rota meter block for oxygen and nitrous oxide with fine adjustment controls, luminous back plate, and colour-coded knobs for accuracy and ease of use. Oxygen flow meters are calibrated from 100 cc/min to 10 L/min, while nitrous oxide flow meters operate from 200 cc/min to 12 L/min. Additional features include optional circle absorber mounting, a fail-safe non-return valve in the circuit, and provision to attach ventilators. The machine supports open, semi-closed, or closed anaesthesia circuits with high-efficiency regulators ensuring reliability for both oxygen and nitrous oxide supply. Integrated vaporizers for halothane, isoflurane, and sevoflurane are available, along with an emergency oxygen flush delivering 35–60 L/min. Cylinder yokes are pin-indexed for safety, fitted with 50 mm diameter colour-coded gauges positioned for optimal visibility. Safety mechanisms include hypoxic guard, emergency oxygen flush, O₂ supply failure alarm, and automatic nitrous oxide shut-off during oxygen failure. With a strong, hygienic build and comprehensive safety design, the MARS-09 ensures precise anaesthesia management for diverse surgical needs.
